The Crisis
Every tyranny begins the same way.
A node extracts more from the network than it returns. It exports its waste, hides its liabilities, captures the machinery of correction — and then calls the asymmetry order.
Tyranny is not first cruelty. It is first parasitism: power that lives off the governed while placing itself beyond their reach.
The Answer
Power must be bound before it acts.
The Divine Just State is not rule by charisma, bloodline, or force. It is governance by invariant constraint: every authority made transparent, liable, decentralized, time-limited, and correctable.
The throne is not the seat of the ruler. The throne is the place where power is bound.

Test: Does this treat a person as an end, never merely as a cost or a means?
Non-Parasitism Invariant
No one may live by draining others without return, consent, or repair.
Test: Who pays, who benefits, and is the exchange honest?
Due Process Invariant
No penalty without notice, hearing, evidence, appeal, and an impartial judge.
Test: Could the accused answer before the accuser, with a real path to appeal?
Exit & Dissent Invariant
People may disagree, criticize, and leave without punishment.
Test: Is it safe to say no, to object, and to walk away?
Nonviolence Invariant
Change is pursued through lawful, peaceful, consent-based means.
Test: Does this path avoid coercion, intimidation, and force?
Anti-Goodhart Constraint
When a measure becomes a target, it ceases to be a good measure — so guard the goal, not the metric.
Test: Is the true good being served, or only the number that stands in for it?
